These side mount adjustable risers are made to help you transform the feel of your Yamaha R7 into something that is far more comfortable for street riding!Our 3-piece design is race proven and makes it easy to service your clipons below the triple clamp without having to disassemble the entire front end. Special attention has also been taken to save weight wherever possible on these clamps. Having an adjustable bar angle that uses a standard bar is a difference that will make your riding experience better in two important ways. You can completely customize your feel and replacement bars are both easy to find & inexpensive.These clipons have a 35mm rise over a conventional race clipon PLUS they have an adjustable bar angle between -7 and +7 degrees. The 35mm designation is the rise over your OEM bars. The side mount feature also moves the bars back to a position that helps keep them away from fairing and gauges. This allows for the 35mm rise- which would not be possible without moving the bars away from the upper fairing. IMPORTANT NOTE: 2" longer aftermarket (Spiegler or Galfer) brake lines are required to complete installation.

The clip on adjustable risers are great, especially the side mount, makes it much easier to get all the cables routed, was able to keep the front MC resevoir in the oem upper triple clamp position.

I like the bars, and the 35mm is a significant change. The video on youtube for instructions was pretty weak, I listened to the guy for a few minutes (watch the video, you'll understand. sniff sniff) then decided I could figure it out just as well. When I ordered these, I was looking at two different kits. The Woodcraft didn't say anything about rerouting throttle cables, so I went with them. I had two stumbling blocks, one the clutch side, the perch hits the riser with the bushing at the seven degree up, I pushed it out further past my mark and it is doable, however at max right the pod hits the fairing. Not a huge deal, but annoying. On the throttle side, there is very little room after installation for your cables. I understand the new height takes away the stock cable slack, however, I had to re route the cables and cut the bracket to get just enough room. It is almost too tight at full right deflection, but with the throttle tube, pod, and front brake perch squeezed tightly together, it does work. It's fairly straightforward, however, without printed instructions and parts marked L/R, it takes a little bit to set it up.
